it's been a really really long time since I ever posted anything on LJ.. most notably since Osa announced her retirement...
Well, anyway, I was in Tokyo from 9-19 Nov specially to watch the two of them... and I took videos of their irimachi and demachi... well, mostly demachi.. :P
just thought i should share it with some friends.. since LJ was really the first place that got me started on takarazuka...
I'll just paste one link here.. you guys can look at the other videos posted by me from there.. the image quality isn't fantastic.. but it's better than nothing to watch, right? :)
Oh, and by the way, Asako, accompanied by Kanami, went to watch Osa's Adieu Marseilles on 18th Nov for the 3.30pm show. I was there!! *_* *prances around*
it's not exactly a nice dream to be proud of ... because I think it lasted like 3 seconds... and nothing moved..it was just a still... oh... that and I wasn't even part of the dream... -_-
I'm not even sure it's considered a dream anymore...
it's the first time I've ever made a reservation of any publication with Kinokuniya... (ahhh.. all for my love of Takarazuka)
for those who have no idea why I decided to get it... here's a pic of the cover... to the left of the bride you can see a small circle.. in it is Tom (Todoroki Yuu)... basically, this mag did a special of the Takarazuka top stars... (i think)

(I have no idea -_- ) I've seen pictures of the other top stars in this mag from other blogs and they are simply squeeeeeeeeeee-worthy.. the photography is really well done...that's why I decided to order this mag although I'm not really interested in it (the only Japanese magazines I buy are 'With' or 'More' )
the cover picture looks totally unrelated to Takarazuka huh? yeah well, wait till you check out the japanese kanji headlines written in bold... I believe it means "The Mystery/Puzzle of Marriage"
In my mind though, I am seeing "The Mystery/Puzzle of what Takarazuka has to do with Marriage"...
maybe i'll post the answer when the magazine gets in my hands... for those interested in this mag.. quick! go get it! XD

I'm so going to get that DVD... with the miserable $100 from my GST Rebate... darn.. I still have to fork out extra.. I now remember why I was so smitten with our royal highness Haruno Sumire...

yeah!!! I just got back from a book-shopping spree at Borders (my sis had 35% discount vouchers).. and I finally bought my very own Japanese Kanji dictionary.. looks like i can finally get started on reading all the new Takarazuka books/magazines I bought and all the Japanese websites...maybe even translate some interesting titbits along the way... (don't pin too high hopes on me, I am really lazy...) i wonder why throughout my 2.5 years studying Japanese I was never half as enthusiastic as now to use the dictionary... XD

I begged my friend to walk to the nearest konbini (convenience store, in Japanese) to help me get some iTunes credit so I can purchase Zuka songs from the iTunes website from Singapore (there isn't an online iTunes store in Singapore)
And now I have the password to my 1500 yen of iTunes credits but no idea what to buy... Did you people realise there's not much Zuka songs on iTunes?? I wanted to get Hanagumi's Elisabeth or Phantom but there isn't.. so I think I might get Black Lizard ones because I think Osa sang them really well and actually Sei Matobu sang quite ok too but I'm supposed to stop myself from liking her! ... but that album costs only 900 yen and I will have some more left... and I also thought, once people start posting Black Lizard clips on youtube, my credits might seem like they deserve to be used on other hard-to-find songs..
argghh....

This happened last week when I'd just received my shipment of zuka stuff and was busy unwrapping everything... my mum (who was extremely curious about what was going on with her daughter and a little cardboard box of stuff) and my younger sis decided to follow me into my room... While I was looking through all the stuff, my sis kept going on and on to my mum about how crazy I am about Takarazuka (in a negative way)...
